The players have to begin in the white cone following to each blue cone in order. In each blue cone the have to make the passing position. Two blue cones and one white cone have to be at the finish line and the other two blue cones have to be in the 3 meter line forming a W.
This exercise is to warm up and to have a position and a prespective were the players are going to recive and pass the ball. In each blue cone the are fronting the net so the make the passing position and thinking that they are passing
