4 v 4, attacking team are trying to knock over all 5 cones in successive plays. Ball starts in centre 1/3 and is passed in as few passes as possible to knock over a cone. Once a cone is knocked over the play starts again from the centre. If the ball is intercepted or goes out of court, a cone is put back up. Once 5 cones have been scored, switch attackiers and defenders.
Think about 1. forward, 2. diagonal and 3. square/reset balls

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
