In 6's, split the court in half length ways. Feeder stands by centre circle, throws ball to themself to signal the start of play. Taking it in turns, the 1v1 attacker comes out for the pass and then the 2 v 1 comes out for the pass. After 5 passes to each end, switch positions. Progression: 1. 1v1 1st choice pass and 2v1 option as backup. 2. Remove line down the centre of court 3. Add in GSs and GKs for full game
Feeder think about high pass or step and side pass. Attackers think about driving out, angle of body. Standing off the line to receive pass just over line. Think about C pass options: On/Off, Wide, Stack/Back

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
