Ball is passed forwards across 2 channels. Attack starts parallel to feeder, runs straigt down court, keeping an eye on the ball, does COD (staying within the channel) to take pass. Feeder then becomes the Attacker. Continue down court until the last catch is made at edge of circle.
Players must stay within their channel to avoid crowding. Player must run onto the pass to evade defence. Start at one end of court and as first pair move down court, 2nd pair can start.
