Get players into a team of at least 4, 5 or 6 if you would like to introduce defenders straight away. The two shoots will be constantly on the move, when they want to receive the ball they will drive to one of the cones. Both the WA and C will have a ball, so can pass the ball to either player. One rule is that both players cannot receive the ball on the backline cones at the sametime. This is to encourage shooters, that when player is driving for the back line the other should be driving to the fron of the 'D'
