Progression: Add in defenders on the mid-courter and the shooter Image is example only!
- Looking to maintain discipline to move quickly after ball release, find that width, and driving down to middle - It will become less smooth as defenders added; can the attacking players work it out - Looking for players to adapt: cut back to ball if initial drive is shut down or clearing for another player to take that straight line drive. May be multiple options if 3 or 4 players in the weave

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
