3 throwers to pass ball between each other fast to tag the other team players. Once tagged that person goes to goal third and dose burpie until whole team member is out. Then swap throwers and start again Change the goal third drill each time eg: burpie/sit ups/hovers/shuttle runs between dots. Route until each person has had a go at thrower. Equipment: 4 x Dots Ball
