ADVANCE THE DRILL by adding a goaler, who must read off the worker and either drive out to receive, or stay in the circle to receive, depending on which space the worker drives into. ADVANCE THE DRILL further by adding defenders on the worker and goaler, to create added pressure.
Progressively increase the defensive pressure. The worker and goaler may have to complete a couple of extra passes in order to get the ball on/into the circle.
