Red A are attacking, Blue D is defending and Blue F is the caller. Red A will make a drive left OR right to recieve the ball from the other Red A. Blue F will call either "left!' OR "right!". They will be calling for the Blue D (defender) who should listen to instruction and run in that direction and attampt to intercept the ball.
This drill is to help with communication in the team. Highly effective for GK as they watch the ball coming down, they can call directions for GD and WD. Likewise, great for a C pass, a GK can help call the direction of the lead.
