Small groups in a small space. Attacking team start inside the area with the ball. Every 5 passes, the defending team can send in a defender. If the attacking team manage 30 passes (5 per defender plus initial 5), then they can issue the defending team a forfeit! If the defending team cause an error or intercept, then the defending team can issue a forfeit to 'make--up' the missing passes Progressions: Can go outside of the area to create space, but must still be within space to recieve ball Have to hit the sideline after they've passed the ball
Effective use of small space through body angles, angled movement, seal and present, shifting the defenders Placement of ball into uncontested space, seeing defenders early, patience, vision to all options, variance in release type and timing Working as a unit, screening, communication (verball, non-verbal) Maintaining focus with increased pressure and fatigue
