The first player in the middle passes to an outside player (A red) After passing the ball the that player drives forward and marks the ball (now in the hands of the player A1) The player to the right (A2) should then drive into the middle to recieve a pass. They then pass to the next player along (A3) and follow the ball to defend it. A1 drives into the centre to recieve that pass (A Red takes their spot)

When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
