In Groups of 3 Attacker faces away from defender, throws ball up to themselves, pivots and turns around. Defence attempts to go for ball, recovers to 3 feet with arms up defending pass. Attacker passes to feeder Defence steps up to the attacker creating a block Attacker attempts to go for the ball Once the attacker gets past the defence the defence should open up and go for the intercept Place in realistic game situations eg centre pass scenarios
