In 4s, an attacker, defender and a feeder either side of a small space. The defending player is looking to utilise all defending tools to delay the attacking play. The attacking player needs to try to take pass from one feeder and send to the opposite feeder 6 times. The attacking player can return to the original feeder if the defender prevents the pass, but this does not count as one of the 6 passes. If the ball is touched or intercepted, that pass does not count.
Looking to keep feet under the body, taking them with you. Standing upright, avoiding lean/contact onto the attacking player. Trying different positions, t-angle, to the side, off the body. Letting ball land high and wide is a success in this drill as long as the defender does not overrun. PUSH, PRESSURE, DRIVE

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
