GS will start with the ball. GS will pass to either GA or WA. The defender (GD, GK, WD or C) will attempt to intercept the ball by moving side to side. After catching 4 balls, positions will be switched around.
- The attacks should be doing hard passes to improve their accuracy when passing - The defence should be moving a lot to intercept the ball
