Split players into groups of 8, with 1 ball. Players now work in the circle. Movement is the same, with ball being passed to shooter on forward lead and then they pass it to the other shooter leading towards the post. They get one shot only and pass the ball out lead forward for the next pass, to pass to the shooter at the post. Each shooter will get the ball under the post 3 time, so 6 movements in total and then players swap with the GS/GA at the front of the line. F goes to back of GS line. GS goes to back of GA line. GA goes to back of F line. Work until the first 2 are back in the circle together.
Make sure players are working hard. Shooter only gets 1 attempt at goal before passing ball back to feeder.
