Attacking players line up in 3s on the sideline; 2 are driving attackers, the third a post to whom they can opt to throw as back up. They are looking to take the ball across the third to the other side. The third is divided into 3, with 2 defenders in each area looking to slow down the progress of the attackers If you have more space, you can run this along the entire court and have posts on either sideline as well as trailing
