1) Cones either side of the shooting circle on the back line. 2) 2 lines of players, one behind each cone. 3) Line 1 player (red A) drives straight forward then second movement across the top of the D to receive swing pass from their original line. Passes straight forward to other line. 4) Line 2 player (blue A) drives up straight positioning behind player 1 catching the ball then drives across top of D to receive next pass from their original line.
Sticking the landing. Spatial awareness. Alternative passing options off back line and movement in circle. Positioning at top of circle. Progression 1 - person passing from the line moves into circle to receive second pass and shoots. They then join the opposite line. Progression 2 - second player to defend player receiving the ball before running to receive their pass. Alternative progression - 2 balls.
