Instructions: Each individual player continually runs around the perimeter of there area, never taking their eye off the ball. The GK starts with the ball. Once GK catches the ball, the GD pushes off on their outer leg, breaking forward for the next pass. Once GD has caught the ball, the WD pushes off on their outer leg, breaking forward for the next pass. This continues down the court from GK, GD, WD, C, WA, GA & GS. On the last catch, GS leads to the outer edge of the circle and drives hard to receive the ball under the ring and takes a shot.
This drill is great for both fitness, game awareness, footwork, breaking, catching & passing. This zone drill works well for both driving onto the ball or leading down the court.
