Feeder starts with the ball in the middle of court Two groups of players each end of court Two Blue attackers lead out on 45 degree angle, Feeder passes to one of the leads, gets out of the way and joins line they threw to Player who did not get pass makes a lead back into centre court to take pass, from other lead Player who received 1st pass moves to the back to the line they came from. 2nd lead player then becomes the becomes the Feeder. New feeder passes to one of the two Red attacking leads at other end of court, gets out of the way and joins the line she threw to Continue working this until players get a grasp
