DESCRIPTION

After warming up you should be fatigue doing this drill. Side step drive for a pass (both corners not just the one side step down drive for a pass sidestep down repeat for 1 minute

COACHING POINTS

Keep pushing yourself even when your fatigue in game situations you will feel fatigue, this helps you work on maintaining your passes to be strong whilst exhausted
