When opposition defenders are BOTH out of play. GS blocks one and the one taking penalty shot steps in front of the other and then takes shot. This blocks both defenders so that shooters can get rebound if she missed goal. (blue cone is goal ring)
Make sure it's done quickly and the shooter can balance and shoot on one leg.
