Pairs work simultaneously. GS starts beside the post, and leads out to the corner to receive a pass from C. Passes the ball back before skirting the inside of the circle, touches the ball, then leads in to the ring for a lob pass from C. GA and WA complete the same drill on the left half of the circle simultaneously, but do not commence drill until GS leads in for lob the first time i.e. one in one out.
Teaches shooters to utilise full circle, to lead out then back in. Also teaches them to become more aware of where their shooting partner is.

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
