The shooting player drives out to each feeder in turn, then turns and drives back towards the goalpost. As the player runs to the first feeder, the next feeder along will send in a pass ahead of them. Player takes a shot each time before returning the ball. They work their way around feeders and back again. Variations: Start with straight flat passes. Try a set with lifted passes. Next set could be a mix of passes. Only one ball and feeders can choose to pass ball to another feeder or send ball to shooter. Add in a defender.
Hips always in direction of travel and eyes/body angle open to the rest of the court. Sharp change of direction at the edge of the circle and strong drive back to receive ball as close to the post as they prefer for their shot Looking to set up quickly for shot, balanced and positioned correctly, composed, good technique.
