WD positions themselves in the middle of the court just inside the transverse line on the defensive side. GD positions themselves on the opposite side of the court from the throw in. C positions themselves in the middle of the centre third. C leads out to the sideline, then cuts back on the diagonal to receive pass from GK. When they receive the ball, WD cuts down the middle of the court to receive the next pass from C. GD then cuts down the sideline to receive the following pass from WD near the attacking third transverse line. If throw in is on the other side of the court, same set up in reverse.
Timing - Players must hold their leads until team mate has received the ball.
