so obviously start where it says start then move on to side steps then a quick sprint then to a diagonal side step run to receive a high ball (like an intercept) then pass the ball back and another quick sprint to then receive another pass. pass the ball back to the passer and do the side steps again and then back to the start to repeat a few times or however many you feel is necessary
