Three Feeders positioned outside goal circke. attackers lined up single file behind base line to side of goal poat. First attacker drives to F1 to take pass & pass back, clears out then drives to F2, takes pass & passes back, then drives to F3 for final pass & passes before joining end of attackers line. 2nd attacker in line follows same patten, they only start once once 1st attacker has cleared at F1. 3rd attacker does the same. You should have 3 attackers working in this confined space at any one time. Continue player in this manner for a number of passes before swapping feeders over.
Look for best passing choice, chest, high or sholder Strong Leads Good clearing move at start of Lead 2 (L2) Concentrate and be aware of other players in this confined space Lots of talking High intensity & energy

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
