Work for 3-45 seconds, repeat 2-6 times Feeder and worker in the middle of 4 cones. Worker drives out to cone, fast feet around the cone to drive back to middle Feeder is releasing slightly lifted ball into middle (so early release)
FEET UNDER BODY: no lunging, lots of light steps, especially on turn EYES FORWARD: angling body so that eyes are always on the ball PUMP ARMS: especially within such small space, use of arms for momentum AROUND THE PLAYER: ask players to consider cones as players e.g. drive around in front of them to prvent pass or around behind them to stop an overhead

A ready-to-run Halloween session for High 5 and junior netball. Real drills in spooky costume, with a warm-up, a technical block, a decision-making game and a finish.
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
