Set players up with 1-3 goalers in the circle with a ball each. 1 player at the top of the cirlce and everybody else in a line in the pocket. The goaler in the cirlce passes to the player in the pocket The player in the pocket pass the ball to player on top who is driving around into the other pocket. The goaler moves in the circle in anticipation of a pass The player that received the ball in the pocket then passes the ball into the circle. Ensure all goalers are rotated into the circle. Once all goalers have been in the circle get players to go the opposite direction. Goalers should use a variety of attacking movements.

Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
