Cones are placed around the worker (white 1). The worker has to run to each of the cones in turn to receive a ball and returns it to the Feeder (blue 1). Worker must return to the centre before moving to the next point.Variation: Worker sprints to the outside cones, and returns to the centre to receive the ball.
