with the ball heading in the direction of the green arrow the next player in line must lead out the right and receive a pass landing on their outside leg, turn and throw the ball to the next person. once they have reached the end of the line the end player takes a shot and then the ball heads back doing the exact same thing. run through a few times going both right and left
if the ball is dropped they must start again its all about timing, if a player has to wait then they are leading out too early to make more difficult add in a dodge
